Poor service pathetic service

Very quick to sign you up but cancelling proving to be impossible. Zero customer service when your told by customer care that I will receive a call back and nothing happens. You follow up talk again to customer care who then trasfer you to another department and I get cut off. Not once not twice but three times . Des Kiely on cell number ***
