Poor service
I called in to submit a claim 2 weeks ago and was advised i will receive an sms/email with the email address to forward the supporting docs to. Two days later i didnt receive it and called to follow up and was sent an email and asked to send the docs to *** One week later i dint receive feedback and called to follow up and was advised it was sent to the incorrect email address. Bare in mind this email address is also on your website. I resent the docs to the individual directly Only to get an email yesterday to advise the shop i went to is not on your list.
I have this policy for more than 6 years and have been using the same provider. Why should i be inconvenienced if you chop and change your list.
In 2023 i had a problem where the service provider states payments were delayed and that was sorted out and i was advised they will remain on the panel
Why must i now fill in disclaimer forms, and then for the shop to send 10 different documents
This is an inconvenience and an embarrassment to me as a client
Please can this be rectified and resolved

Siyabonga should be taught how to acknowledge and respond to clients which will avoid complaints.
I would also like feedback as to why bodyline was removed from the panel and if they will be added back to avoid future delays in claims
I have this policy for more than 7 years and have been using them all this time and would not want anyone else to work on my car
