POor service delivery

Its a **** company, i took out scratch and dent insurance with them. Got bumped, when i call them last week they said I have to wait for a sms or an email for them to give me the claims process, till now I am still waiting for that sms, or email. I asked them to readi to me bcz I need to tqke the car for an assessment. They cannot read it to me, I have to wait for this email. Its a week now still waiting for the places I can go and get a qoutation from.

I will never recommend them to any one.
