Poor service delivery
I have requested approval of a quotation from Auto Elite for repairs to my vehicle on 04/04/2018 and on 17/04/2018. I have previously repaired my vehicle through Auto Elite and used the same repair centers to get quotations from as I used for my previous claim. I have received no feedback or response from Auto Elite regarding this. I have also called 3 times to follow up on this and the response was that we received nothing from you.
With no response from the email provided on their website, I posted a claim online on the Auto Elite website for which I received confirmation that the claim would be processed within 48hrs once the quotations were returned to Auto Elite.
I still haven't received any feedback and it has now been 13 days since my first request.
