Poor service

"I'm extremely disappointed with The Unlimited's stretch and dent insurance! After paying premiums for years, I made my first claim for rim damage, expecting repairs as promised. But to my surprise, they said they'd only polish, not repair! This crucial detail was never mentioned when I signed up. Very poor service and lack of transparency.My claim was declined. I would never advise anyone to joined.
