Poor service and communication
I have sent an email requesting the cancellation of my Acci Cover policy. Up to date I have only received a reference number which is: CC-567772 saying my email was received, however no other response as to the success of the cancellation. This is the part of the reason I wish to cancel if this is how you treat clients.
