Poor Service.
After several promises to look into my complain regarding the poor customer service I received, I cancelled the insurance and requested that I at least be refunded my premiums, the outcome from a call received was that the claim for a refund has been rejected as there is no monetary value on an insurance policy. I then requested that they at least consider refunding me for having to purchase a tyre since I could not drive on a spare wheel for more than a month. I was promised that this would be taken up with their co-partner - M-sure and the lady I spoke to was supposedly going to look into refunding me the March premium that was deducted while I was struggling to get my claim settled. None of this have happened and I have not heard from these people since then. The policy has been cancelled and I guess to them that is all that matters. They have milked my money for more than 6 months and failed to pay the first claim submitted. Lesson learnt is never to trust any insurance company that I never heard an experience or reference for. Plus I will make sure to warn everyone that I recommended to sign up with them, how bad they treat their customers when it's time to submit a claim to them.
