POOR SERVICE

Just phoned the call center now 13 Feb @ 10:47am - no response - on line for 3 mins. Went online (website) in January & February 2020 to make a claim for roof lining and scratch on my car bumper - no response. Emailed customer service on the 11 Feb'20 with the same claim and pictures - still no response.
