Poor business practices
I took a scratch and dent pkan with this campany. About 2 months ago i wanted to claim on my vehicle back bumper, i was tomd to diwn load the app to do my claim after i took the necessary pictures on the app and submitted it they never came back to me after numerous calls from me still no answer from the i ask them that i would lik to cancel my policy with them then they said i must wait the will get back to me before end of that day,then nothing then i wait a few days and call again then the same story.i wouldn't recommend this campany to any one .i also tried to reverse my money at the bank and the unlimited placed a block on it .
