Policy document
i have join the policy for my mom they even debited from my account R250 when i ask for policy document when will they be sent to me they told me i'm not the policy holder.
so how can we join and we dont receive a policy document and the sim card you promised us they told me they will delivery the policy document at work even now im still waiting so guys if you are not going to give me the policy documents and the sim card please give me my money back and cancel the policy

Your mother’s SIM card is available at Clicks, just show them her ID and the reference number that we have SMSed to her and they will then provide you with her Unlimited SIM card.
