Policy cancellation issues
I've requested my policy to be cancelled on the 3rd of August 2022 after one of the agents made me join without my full knowledge and few days later I received a call from another agent saying my policy has been cancelled as requested but it seems like it's not cancelled because the debit order is still active and deducting from my account.
