Policy Cancellation Confirmation and Refund Request

am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my policies and the continued deductions from my bank account.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I was previously advised that my policies would be cancelled, but I have still not received written confirmation that the cancellations have been processed.

The policies in question are:

I am also concerned that money continues to be deducted from my bank account despite my request for cancellation. I therefore request that you urgently:

Confirm the cancellation of both policies in writing. Stop any further deductions immediately. Refund any amounts that were incorrectly deducted after cancellation was requested.

This matter is urgent, and I require it to be resolved today, before close of business. Please provide written confirmation once the cancellations and refund request have been actioned.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate complaints and regulatory channels.
