Policy cancelation.
The Unlimited group is disgusting.I took out a policy in December for 250 Rands through a man called Ntando.He also sold me a warranty which I told him I was not ready for and would contact him when ready. There came authorizing time I authorized the transaction twice,the 2nd time thinking the 1st authorization didn't come through.What the man did he sold me the warranty also the warranty I'd told him I was not ready for.I called on 23rd canceling both policies asI wanted nothing to do with this Unlimited and even received the sms that it has been canceled.I woke up today to both policies debits from my account.When I call they say the policies were duplicated.Was that my fault?? Now they are refusing to refund me .Why?? What does policy duplication have to do with me??Am I so foolish as to take 4 policies at one time?? I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY ALL MY LIFE.
