***** POLICY

A company has opened a policy under my name and added my daughter as well, without my knowledge or consent. They had access to my bank account number, cellphone number and ID number. Despite the fact that they got my daughter's name correct, they got her date of birth wrong. They had the audacity to call me and inform me about the policy after sending me a debit check message on my bank. I have no clue where this company is based, and I have never heard of them before. I have not signed any contract with them, and I am furious about this *****ulent transaction. It has been made clear to me that the beneficiary's name was left blank, which strongly suggests that this is a common practice for them - making claims against inactive accounts.

I demanded them to close the account, but I am not going to let this go easily. I am certain that this was an inside job. I will not rest until I get full retribution for this breach of trust. I am willing to take the necessary legal action against them to get the justice I deserve.
