I received a call from Natasha Pretorius telling me about The Unlimited Scratch and Dent Plan, which honestly sounded really good and I was very interested. All I wanted was the information she was giving me telephonically, to be sent to me in writing. She explained that a SMS and an email would be sent to me with all the details, but first I had to give my Bank Account number. I refused to saying that I was not signing up for anything as yet, because I first wanted all the info in writing to peruse and then decide. She assured me that they only loaded the details to enable the system to send the SMS and that my Bank would contact me and not allow the debit order until I accepted the plan. Still not convinced I asked for a few days to do some research on this company. She agreed to call me back after a few days. I done some research and was quite happy to take the next step. She called back and I gave my bank account number to continue the process and get the information on SMS and email. Her very next question was for a date for debit. This is where I totally lost it, because I was confirming all the time that I am NOT signing up yet until I go through the SMS and Email. She again confirmed that NO debit order was being lodged, but I was not interested in bs stories anymore and I chucked the phone down on here. She kept blowing up my cell trying to get hold of me and eventually I answered to which she advised that her Head Office had agreed she could send the SMS and Email. I was relieved. Next moment, I receive an SMS welcoming me to The Unlimited Family with a Membership Number followed by another SMS advising of a debit order lodged for the 25th of each month! I was furious and jumped on the line to The Unlimited immediately. I eventually managed to speak to a Zaki, who cancelled the membership right away and sent me an SMS confirming this. I then contact my bank, Capitec's ***** Line and the lady on the other side advises me that they cannot cancel the debit order, only The Unlimited can??!!?!?!?!
