Please return my money and cancel the debit order on my bank account

Just yesterday they phoned and apologised and refunded me and asured me the insurance has been canceled. Now thers a debit order on my account of even more than i had agreed on with their agent . What is going on here. Can you please return the money that has just been debited and cancel the debit order PLEASE.

How can you refund me and hours later you take the money again from my account?its not even my pay day. I am really dissapointed on the unlimited.
