Please remove the unlimited,I don’t have policies with you
On my credit report there’s an overdue amount of R407 ,your response wasn’t good enough because of that overdue amount please remove the the unlimited company and overdue amount because I don’t have a policy with you

Thank you for taking our call today and for giving us the opportunity to assist you. We only have month to month memberships and because of this, we will not affect a credit scoring or be able to blacklist a customer. We have emailed you a letter confirming this.
