Am very very very hurt and disappointed by the treatment that I received from the unlimited group, I have been loyal to them almost 2 years, I logged a death claim on the 29th of December 2020 regarding the death of my mother I had to borrow a loan to buried her, they sent a claim form and now they said they didn't receive all the documents which I sent them back to them, they want my mother's medical history and it needs to be signed by the doctor yet they know regulations of covid 19 that we are not allowed in the hospitals, I gave them everything they needed from me so they keep delaying the process. The unlimited give back what's due to me or else I will report you to ombudsman cause you fulfill your promises to your customers and I used my own airtime to call you for the claim status, I hate you the unlimited.
