Payout of Hospital Plan

I am happy to report due to the professional action from a employee at The Unlimited, Mbali Mthethwa, my claim was paid out with in 24 hours.

Excellent service from a star employee.

This complaint could have been prevented if a claim was appointed to a specific person when submitted. A pool system just do not work in these circumstance.

Also, please take note of the fact that a short Motivational Letter, which seems compulsory, was submitted at a cost of R500 in my case. Rediculous if you consider all the info and documents that the doctor already had to complete and provide with the claim form
