Paying for nothing

Have consultants come in to our offices and as a single mother sounded great. Recommended to all my friends and convinced other employees to look at policy. Then you sign get a paper card and suddenly the debit orders go off routinely yet no membership card, no information and no follow up. Every time the debit order goes off I realise I am sponsoring a charity I have no value for the money I am just giving to a company.<br> <br> I would like my policy or rather the free money I give you to be cancelled immediately as I do not see the reason for paying for nothing. <br> <br> I have already paid thousands to your company and do not plan on spending a cent calling you again. To all the single moms that feel this can help, budget airtime into the amount as well to continuously phone their call centre. highly disappointed. falsely represented and I feel you take advantage of people already financial constraint and looking for alternative options.
