Pay for something that I did not order, even though I did request a cancelation request the previous time with a consultant.

If there are any debit orders from us, which are going off your account, please send us a copy of your bank statement so that we can investigate the matter. In the meantime, we will add your details to our ‘Do Not Contact list’ and we'll make sure you're removed right away. The process can take up to 48 hours to make the change.
