Pathetic Service,always a struggle
What Utter poir service,overpromising agents and cannit deliver the service they are promising.I spoke to an agent on Friday, she promised to get to me on Monday no later thab 10h00,which never happened. I caller again today and again was promised to get feedback within an hour, its been 3-4 hours later,and I am still waiting for feedback.Pathetic to day the least
