PATHETIC SERVICE
I have been trying since the 13th October 2025 to cancel my policies that I have with them. For the past two weeks i have been given the run around just so as to not cancel the policies. I am told that I cannot cancel via e mails, when I phone, I am put through to the wrong department. If the policies are not cancelled TODAY and the debit orders still go through end of this month, I WILL report this to the credit ombudsman
