pathetic service
I called the call centre 25 June 2015 advising them I want to cancel my medical aid <br> I told them to stop going in to my account to debit but till now they still debiting <br> I informed them i want my money back but instead they kept debiting my account <br> <br> I have never used this service not even once because of the misrepresentation, I was promised a lot of things by the sales agents but it was never delivered to me I want my money back all of it <br> <br> I just saw my Bank statement Showing that they debited in July and this past Friday(28/08/2015) after i have advised i do not want their service anymore they took another R379.99.I NEED my money back all of it, from the month of May 2015 (R479.99) and June,July and August 2015 they took R379.99 <br> Please STOP debiting my account and refund me back my money I have never used the services
