Pathetic, been struggling to cancel this for ages now

Shocking, keep trying to cancel, get promised that i will get a call. But no one ever calls back. Have been struggling with this now for a while. This was the biggest waste of time and money. Useless.

Please can someone contact me urgently regarding cancellation.
