Paid for something I have no documents for
<p>My number got refered by a friend a while ago to The Unlimited sales team, I was contacted and I accepted a policy with them, they assured me I would get paper work and also a welcome package in the mail. This is almost a month ago and I have not received anything. Phoned them this morning and asked to cancel my policy and they did. I feel like my money ( R250.00 ) has been taken for no reason cause how do you charge me for a service which you did not deliver.</p>
