Only horror experience with this company.
It happened again. Why The Unlimited?. Instead of helping me and my family in time of need with the services I pay for it becomes a horror tale for me and my family. Last year September my sister child died due to The Unlimited refusing to allocate the private ambulance which I pay for and opted to send government ambulance which I do not pay for, the unborn baby got too stressed and died after she was operated of which this heartless company asked a first time pregnant women if her water broke as she required emergency services because something was wrong and two life's was on stake. Now on the 05/01/2020 the was harmful gas and chemical leakage at my wife's work place and she was badly affected which led to her collapsing, constant vomiting and coughs non-stop. I contacted unreliable false promise's company The Unlimited which to my surprise this time I was told that the is no private services in my area and they can assign public ambulance for me. Why would I pay for private services while I know that I can have public service. This time my wife is lying down fighting for a life due to harmful chemicals. The annoying thing is I was told that in order for them to send me ER services from Bloemfontein I will have to pay R5000 for the services myself, why do I pay The Unlimited for ER services if when I need the services I never get assistance?. I had to find alternative to find help for my lifeless wife who's life is in danger as she cannot even breath properly. The telephonic conversation were very long and stressful because I need ER services and my wife is in danger and I have to fight for what I pay for as I am not given the right services which I pay for. The Unlimited experience to me has been only horror I don't wish for anyone. I nealy lost a wife, mother of my children because of being ***** and *****ing my money for no service at all. How can I be told in a time of need that the are no private services in my area, what am I paying for?. This company has put me through hell instead of giving me the services I pay for. Thank you for taking our call today. We sincerely regret the trauma you endured while awaiting the ambulance and understand how minutes can seem like hours when an emergency occurs. We have investigated the matter and found that an ambulance was dispatched. We did attempt to contact you so that we can notify you and unfortunately, we were unable to get through to you and we understand that at that time your main focus was your wife’s wellbeing that she receives medical attention urgently. We had to cancel the request as we were unable to reach you and please note that we take this feedback very seriously and we will be looking into this matter further to ensure that we improve our service. We are really sorry about your sister losing her child and we had arranged trauma counselling for her after the incident took place, however, we found that she was unable to attend the sessions. We have also emailed you the investigation report as you’ve requested. Once again, we're really sorry that this has happened and we wish your wife a speedy recovery.
