Nqobile Mngadi 2nd degree burns

My wife Nqobile Zamangema Nombuso Mngadi was injured during September 2022, she suffered from 2nd degree burns on her right leg/foot. She was then admitted at Netcare St Augustines Hospital Durban, for a period of two weeks along with theatre procedures like skin debridement and artificial skin. It's been over 3weeks since she loged her claim and sent all relevant documents, till today The Unlimited hasn't processed her accident claim however when she calls shes told many different things like it's at the finance department, sometimes it's with the forensic department over and over again. We have totally lost hope with the Unlimited. Shes unable to continue with her work, we struggle meeting up with the ends, and much more worse we might be evicted from our apartment in a few days. Yet today The Unlimited continues to market they're products lieng to be loyal to the public.
