Not so happy news
Unsavory sales practices,
They called and wanted personal info without wanting to provide info on who they were. I had to ask what company it was, They wanted to say congratulations and share good news despite no longer subscribing to the company regarding a policy/contract. When I voiced concern or clarity regarding the call- the agent seemed to get upset and said the call was recorded and I should talk to her about POPIA after I mentioned it regarding the number having being previously been asked to be removed from the database and explained she knew nothing about it. Please stop these types of sales calls you should be upfront and clear.
