Not Owning Up to their Promise's

Good Day. My father passed away on the 15 December 2017 due to Glioblastoma Murtforme stage 5 with Metastasis/ Brain Cancer. We have been struggling to get the Unlimited just to pay out, We as family have been struggling and these past few months we're hell and so painful. I have been paying my and my father and Mother's policy's promptly monthly. I have dellt with Marinel Jordaan that was very helpful and kind, but the Unlimited keeps coming up with excuses and this clause and that clause and tells me you can only claim 3 times, but wasn't told that in the beginning when they so eagerly sold the policy to us, you can't order cancer or illness or death. In the policy it states the following: You may not be covered under more than one of our Health Protect policies and a maximum pay out of R120 000.00 (one hundred and twenty thousand Rand) per type of Illness on the Hospital Cash BenefitandICUBenefitcombinedforthelifespanofthisPolicy.As an example once We have paid R120 000.00 in total in respect of any hospitalization (general admission or admission to ICU) for cancer (type of illness) You or an Insured Person will not be able to claim for any further hospitalisation for cancer. My father had brain cancer and it is stated in his file and on the claim forms and in the documents. Please I'm begging you The Unlimited, we have so much to cover, please.
