Not Owning Up to their Promise's

Good Day. My Mom phoned the Unlimited this morning and was again informed that her claim was rejected. My Mom is in a state as my father is very I'll because of the Tumour, she doesn't sleep at night. Shame on you The Unlimited !!!!!! I was bombarded with The Unlimited people phoning me to take out policy's and what I did and referred so many people, I feel we have been ****med and been paying for nothing!!!!! a Pyramid Scheme!!!!!! I want this matter resolved as soon as possible!!!!! No more excuses. This is ******** as you are ******** people out of their money and harassing people to join The Unlimited. I thought OK this policy will be so helpful especially with my 2 little girls in emergency ext....I never thought we would need the policy so quick. I'm very worried for my 2 Little girls, my family and all the people I revered to the Unlimited. I want answers as soon as possible, and hopefully a good out come.
