Not helping at all!!

<p>Hi... I want to cancel my heli rescue plan I have send an email to them on the 24/10/2016 so that I have at least 30 days to give notice to cancel i have recieved an email back probly an auto reponce just saying they have recieved my email. In my email I stat that I would kindly like to have feesback on when it would be cancelled and so on. Today its the 2/11/2016 I still have NO feedback (yes it easy to call but with my work I can't be on the phone calling around). What the hell do they even read the emails i have send one yesterday as well to say I am awaiting there feedback and today still nothing. HELI RESCUE SERVICE SUCKS</p>
