not a happy customer

i was called by one of the agent from the unlimited company <br> i advised that agent i want them to debit month end and they went into my account on the 25th of which this messed up my credit scored at bank <br> <br> i called them today to cancel the contract and i asked when will i get my refund me i was informed i will not get a refund upon cancellation i did not even use this medical aid i will tell everyone who has this service with them to cancel as they just mess up credit scores and they don't even give refund even though u did not even use their service i mean how would you recommend people to take this service i am extremely angry and the agents there was very rude i told the agent i was not informed that when you do the cancellation you dont get refunded and this is the respond for the agent did they tell you you will be refunded ? now my money has gone down the drain for the service i didn't even use <br>
