Not a good experience

<p> I signed up for two auto elite policies and It was a complete waste of time and money.</p> <p>I was told that after two payment i qualify to claim for pre-existing damage to my cars.</p> <p>After two months i tried to submit a claim and was told that i will have to wait till the third month so that they could debit again before they can process my claim.</p> <p>After the third month the claiming was a nightmare. I have submitted a claim for two weeks now and only recieved one Panell-beater adress and claim documents for one car and no professionalism.</p> <p>Only when i called to cancell on friday im told i can to any panel-beater and that they are not at fault as i was working with the service providers and not them and did not cancell.</p> <p>I sent an email on monday that they should cancell my policy again but got no reply.</p> <p>today i called them to cancell and i was told that I lose all my premiums paid because they wont refund me. but that is not in their terms and conditions. i cannot work with a company like this.</p> <p>i want my refund back IN FULL</p>
