NO RESPONSE COMPLAINT

Good Day, <br> <br> I am very disappointed with the service I have received from The Unlimited. I had cancelled my membership and had not claimed anything from this product and yet my account is still debited this month with the premium. I have emailed and called them to assist, my emails are being ignored. <br> <br> I was given the following reference number: CC-155915<br> <br> Please assist as I do not appreciate this kind of treatment<br> <br> Regards, <br> Catherine
