No Phone Etiquette

One star is even to much for them. When they call you, you tell them you're not interrested. They start with but, then you tell them again you're not in interrested they put the phone down. Most of the companies phoning don't have any phone etiquette. They don't listern to the person they call and then just hang up if they don't like what they hear. I will never refer you as a company. Teach your staff phone etiquette, be poliite and to listern to the potential clients they phoning and if a person is not interrested. Thank you for taking my call and have a nice day.
