No panel beater wants to take my quote sent by the Unlimited

I have had them for a while now I think around 8 + months It is my first time claiming , let me tell you not happy at all the lady called Nokukhanya Latha sent me a list of panel beater to go get a quote I am telling you none of them gave me a quote they all say they no longer work with The Unlimited reason is they don’t pay , also they send people for quote then take them else where , whole day I had to drive to each and every panel beater . Without even entering reception the security at the door will ask you which company once you say The Unlimited they will tell you they no longer do business with them . So I called them and informed them about this they said they will get someone who will assist me as I am waiting , not so pleasant at all funny enough they charger higher than all companied of scratch and dent . This is my first time I never had insurance problem before it is starting with them
