No getting out of this!

<p>So upset, I decided to take the policy one day ago and after putting some consideration into it, I have decided to cancel it. This I thought would not have been a major issue seeing that I have only been "covered" for less than 24 hours. When I phoned the customer care line, I was transferred to the finance division where I spoke to the most unprofessional and ****y consultant who blatantly insulted my driving capabilities trying to justify why I need an insurance policy and then refused to assist me to suspend the policies. Only after I got really upset and had to threaten him with legal action he asked for my details and informed me that my policies have been cancelled. What a waste, Run Forest Run!! </p>
