NO FEEDBACK- POLICY JUST CANCELLED

I enquired about changing my debit date as i find every month i'm debited on a date i didn't request, when i called into enquire why, i was in informed that i cant be debited on the date requested.<br> 1stly why are you the only company that cant debit on a requested date? yet all my other debit orders can go off when requested, regardless of the day it falls on???? Other comanys track , don't you have this facility???<br> Why don't any of your consultants respond to emails/ provide feedback/ follow up?<br> I have left more than one complaint on your website?<br> <br> Secondly when i requested that a consultant call me back at a more convenient time, i never get called back.<br> <br> I was also advised that if i cancel this policy i don't get returns. when i signed up, i didn't agree to this, i was advised if this policy was cancelled i would get money back!!!! Is this some kind of ****????<br> I would like 2see/hear where i agreed to no returns.<br> <br> I called in on Saturday as i had an emergency, i was informed that i am no longer covered due to failed debit orders????? yet i have debit orders coming off from my account!!!<br> Your consultants advised me that if they send me an ambulance, i would have to pay for it!
