No claim documents received

I requested claim documents from the company, about two weeks ago and still havent received any email from them. I requested the documents again today, but still no documents, can some please jusy send me the documents so that I can repair the dents on my car, this is really frustrating, seeing that I have been paying for months now, but when its time to deliver its such a hassle to get assistance.
