No cash back but have never claimed
This insurance company is a ****. I have been with them for 6 years no cash back but on their page they if u don’t claim you get. I have cancelled them because you get no help, was involved in an accident in my way home from work. They couldn’t help me with anything and they deduct from the payslip. So disgusted by their greedy operation.

That is correct. As outlined in your policy’s terms and conditions, a claim can be lodged if you've been admitted to a medical facility for a minimum of 24- hours due to an accidental injury.
Please also note that your policy does not include a cashback benefit.
