No authority to debit

<p>I was phoned on 30 Aug 2016 and was told my first payment will be in Oct, no I was debited today, I also realised after I read through all of this that it was only for accidents that they help you, Sorry not interested any more, as I though I will only be debited in Oct I did not stop the debit order yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mailed them today and get reply back sorry we don't do mails on Wednesday.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLease can I get my money back and cancell my policy</p>
