Nightmare

Their reps are pushy and forceful, they don't take no for an answer and bother you in person multiple times per day. It's incredibly irritating and frustrating that they come into your workplace and crowd the counter. Some of them stink, some of them speak quite rudely to you, parroting the "perks" of their insurance policy. Trying to cancel the plan after one rep took my phone out of my hand and signed me up for it was a nightmare. They don't answer their phones, and when they do, you sit there saying hello? Hello? And nobody answers. I spent half an hour trying to cancel it just to be told I'll get a call back. Did i get a call back? Of course not. When i asked for an update however they told me that yes, i did get a call back (i didnt) but that i didnt answer (how could I answer a call i never received?). It took me almost a week of calling, emailing and whatsapps to finally cancel it. I still haven't received the call back i was promised, nor have my emails been answered, but at least i only lost R129 on a policy i never wanted.
