Never "the unlimited"
What a joke of an insurance company, pretending to care so much about you and offer these amazing product, but they are the one that just refuses to pay or help when the table are turned to them, very quick to take the debt orders off every month and wont skip a beat to take your money But they have long stories when they need to pay. We lost our dear mother in June, and up untill today still strangling to get the funeral policy to pay out. They have no compasion and all there promises are just all lies. There is no such thing about lying your loved one to rest with piece of mind with them. They make you so angry that you almost want to just leave the whole process. If I can advise people, if you have cover with them, cancel it and go with someone that is true to there word. Our dearest mother didn't even work, she was retired and still stragled to pay her policy every month, but she never missed a payment. And yet today almost 2 months after we lost her still nothing from them. They want the most ridiculous paperwork. Our mother does not deserve this. I am so dissapointed. And I will forever tell people about this bad service.

As soon as you’ve submitted the final document, which is the letter of authority, we’ll begin the payment process.
