My mother's death Claim

My name is Lebohang Wanyane mom died on the 3rd of June we claimed the policy but it didn't pay out they said they want a letter of authority they can't assist y mom trusted Unlimited with the life of her children now unlimited is playing with us

I sent the Letter of Authority on the 1st of August and I called same day the lady said I should wait for 5 days ....we approaching 2 weeks now When I call today for a follow up they telling me that I must start over again by sending claim form

Noo this insurance is a ****..... that time when they made sales they would call every hour
