My case is treated unfairly

I have not been treated fairly regarding my Gap Cover Claim that I submitted on the 8th, they keep on asking for more documents whenever my claim is due for paying out. I am so disgusted and disappointed

That is the only statement I have and if u go down you will see that it has been paid and there is an amount that the medical aid did not cover ... Take a look again athere are no reversals there
