I opened a policy with unlimited world In 2017/05/31 for short term insurance
I was paying R120 per month. So I decided to stop the contract with them on 25 April 2019 . There problem they blacklisted me on Transunion I don't not owe them anything. They did not clear my name to credit bureaus.
I've try to call them so many times but their keep on saying same things always ,told that they did cancelled the contract with me. But when I check on my credit profile they still appearing and that account in arrears with 440 its worries me a lot because its low my credit score.

Good News - you do not owe us any money! We only have month to month memberships and because of this, we will not affect a credit scoring or be able to blacklist a customer. We have emailed you a letter confirming this.
