More than outstanding service

Words cannot express the satisfaction that I have received from this gentleman, he really knows the true meaning of Treating customers Fairly. This is one of the reasons why I wouldn't stop paying this insurance I have with The Unlimited. Yesterday I fell inside the Gautrain bus and twisted my ankle, after my mom fetched me from the bus stop I called the call center and spoke to Andile Ndzitshe who kept me calm and assisted me efficiently. Mind you, this is not the first time I speak to Andile also in 2013 when my mom fell I spoke to him. He took me through the process and got me what I needed. After that he made follow ups to check if the ambulance did arrive or not. To put the cherry on top he called today to check if everything went well at the hospital...Wow! Andile Ndzitshe is a true ambassodor and I for see a great furture ahead for this ambassador. I pray that you are recognised for the effort you put in. Thank you over and over and over
