money taken off my account after cancellation

I had a sales lady come round to our office in Jetpark 2 weeks ago boasting about this amazing product. i signed the documents and was told that if i want to cancel the policy it is fine i would just have to call customer care.<br> which i did. I then had the money come off my account for the starting off fees and i have called customer care. I was told to send an email to [Email Removed] I was told the email was recieved and someone would then look into it. I have still not had any feedback regarding the payment of the money that came off my account. I have been sending reminders everyday and still no response. I would like my money back!
