Money taken for no service in return
Being charged for a service and not being able to get the product you've been billed for is unacceptable to say the least.
Having been a loyal customer for about 15 years , I would really at least deserve a call back on me on going enquiry.
I have paid for 5 sets of vouchers And when i try to use them it says that they are expired . However according to the police and service representatives it is still valid.
Every call gets pushed from end to end with no avail and then after giving all the voucher numbers they say they will call me back and never do.
I have been trying to resolve this problem for the past 6 months.
Is there anyone assist my from being ****** of my hard earned money?
